After obtaining a BES and MSc Architecture from the University of Lagos, Kayode has gained over thirty-three years of extensive experience in business, covering works as Environmental Development Consultant (Kano), Archy-Ideas Group (Lagos), and Siteworks Limited (Abuja). These variety of exposures provided him with extensive experience in Architectural designs, Project Management, Construction Delivery, Cost Control, and Business Administration.

As CRCI Technical Director in charge of Project Management, Mr. FAYEMI will provide leadership that embraces both continuity of our rich history and future direction of the Jewel of Africa.

Since becoming Technical Director of CRCI, Mr. FAYEMI has expanded the vision of the Consulting Firm that is dedicated to support the private sector of Africa starting in Nigeria by developing important client roster and expanding client portfolio projects.

Mr. FAYEMI is a perfect sensible professional architect, his work as architect, particularly his leadership in the design and construction focus to rebuild the renaissance of Africa.
